TECKnet Inc. was founded in 1996 by Chad Woods as a sole proprietorship during the early days of the commercial internet. Over the past three decades, we have grown and evolved alongside technology while maintaining the same commitment to quality, honesty, and personal customer service that our clients have come to rely on.

In 2009, we made the strategic transition to an S-Corporation to better support our expanding client base and offer more professional services. Today, in 2026, we celebrate 30 years of continuous operation — a testament to our stability and dedication in an industry known for rapid change. We're based at 913 N Nevada Street in Carson City, with our servers housed in the world-class Switch Citadel data center.
